At Wolfs Collections, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, including timely delivery of your orders. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy below for more information.

Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, we will process the order and ship as soon as possible. We aim to processes and ship orders within 48 hours after order confirmation; however, orders placed around release dates may vary in processing times.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping at a flat fee for all domestic and international orders. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate of $7.00 USD for standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited domestic shipping rates vary by carrier and are calculated at checkout. We offer a flat rate of $15.00 USD for standard shipping on all international orders. Expedited International shipping rates vary by carrier and are calculated at checkout.  

NOTE: Customs and Duties may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. Wolfs Collections is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties. 

Shipping Regions / Countries

We are able to ship throughout the United States and select international countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing an order number and tracking number. You may use this information to track the status of your delivery from the button in the email or on our website in the footer menu. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping to domestic addresses typically takes between 2-4 business days. Standard shipping to international addresses typically takes between 7-21business days.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs, duties, delays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
