Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Wolfs Collections. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of the confirmed "delivered date" by the carrier, provided the criteria outlined below are fully met.

Extended Holiday Return

Orders placed between November 1st to December 22nd will be eligible for an exchange or return until January 14th, provided the criteria outlined below are fully met.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1) your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original untampered branded packaging bags. 

2) All accessory items, if included, must also be returned

Please Note:

1) Exchanges: We cover all shipping costs. 

2) Returns: all shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return. This includes both outbound and inbound shipping at the carrier rate (2–5 business day rates). Complimentary shipping promotions apply to outbound delivery only and are not refundable.

3) We cannot accept returns on sale items, last-chance items, or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received your return and also once we have approved and inspected the item. If the return complies with our policy, a refund for the item(s) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We will send you a confirmation of such refund. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

International Returns Exchanges

The same terms and conditions outlined above apply to international returns / exchanges.

Wolfs Collections is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the inbound or outbound shipping of all returns or exchanges under all circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us.                   

Start a Return / Exchange

To start a return or exchange, click "here" and follow the step-by-step process. Once we receive your request, you will get a confirmation email titled either "Return Request Received" or "Exchange Request Received." After your request is approved and the item inspected, we will notify you via email, and your return or exchange will proceed.

When you receive the shipping labels, drop off the package with the carrier specified on the label. If you encounter any issues during the process or have additional questions, feel free to contact us.
